Jungleciti Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. provides hotel booking, tour planning and travel-related services. These are digital and service-based, so physical shipping is normally not required.

1. Hotel bookings

Reservation confirmation, booking details, payment receipt and voucher information are sent electronically to the registered email address or through the relevant booking platform.

2. Tour and safari services

Itinerary notes, vouchers, safari coordination details or supplier confirmations may be sent digitally. Guests should carry valid identification and digital or printed confirmations during travel.

3. No physical delivery

No physical product, parcel or shipment is dispatched for standard hotel, safari or itinerary bookings made through this website.
