As our services are digital and service-based, there is no need for physical delivery of products. Please review the following details regarding our policies:
Hotel Bookings
- No Shipping Required: Hotel bookings are entirely online and do not require any physical shipping of documents or items.
- After making a booking, you will receive an email confirmation containing your booking details, check-in/check-out times, room type, and payment receipt.
- A reservation voucher will also be sent to your email, which you will need to present during check-in at the hotel.
Tour Packages Bookings
- No Shipping Required: Tour packages, including any associated tickets or travel itineraries, are digital products and do not require physical delivery.
- You will receive a digital confirmation of your tour package booking via email, along with any relevant details such as itinerary, inclusions, and payment confirmation.
- All tickets or vouchers related to your tour will be sent electronically and must be presented digitally during your tour.
Flight Bookings
- No Shipping Required: Flight bookings are also processed online and do not require physical shipping of tickets.
- After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your flight details (flight number, dates, departure/arrival times, etc.).
- The e-ticket for your flight will be sent electronically, and you must present the digital copy at the airport for check-in.
Payment for Bookings
- All payments for hotel, tour package, or flight bookings are processed online via secure payment methods.
- Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant booking details.
